A new Fox Cities sports facility currently under construction will be named the Community First Champion Center Fox Cities. The center is positioned to become one of the best indoor sports facilities in the midwest and a destination that will drive forward economic impact in the region, according to WBAY.

The Fox Cities Convention & Visitors Bureau estimates first year economic impact to be $8.9 million. The facility is being funded by room tax from 10 Fox Cities municipalities. The Community First Champion Center Fox Cities is on target to open this fall.
