Marty Brooks has been named CEO for the Wisconsin Center District in Milwaukee. Most recently he served as senior vice president and general manager of the America’s Center complex for Explore St. Louis. His background includes managing facilities for NHL, NFL, Division I Men’s and Women’s college basketball and AHL teams.
