Developed by Kinseth Hospitality Companies, headquartered in Iowa, the property will be located just south of Business Highway 14. The 87 rooms will feature fully stocked kitchens and separate work and sleep spaces. Guests will receive complimentary hot breakfast and Wi-Fi, and the property will offer an indoor pool and fitness center, among other amenities. The property is scheduled to open in spring 2019.
