North Central Group’s latest hotel project in Madison has cleared another hurdle, as the city of Madison Urban Design Commission approved plans for the Moxy Hotel. The 151-room property is planned for the 800 block of East Washington Avenue.

The Marriott branded hotel is said to be tech-centered catering to millennials and is scheduled to open in 2021.
