Thank you for partnering with Midwest Meetings on your digital campaign. This form is for submitting all text and images for your Exclusive email, which goes out to our readers/email list. If you have not already selected the date for your email, please email Kristen Rouse at [email protected].

Please follow the instructions for each space and fill out this form completely. A proof of the email will be sent to you within two business days of the scheduled send date.

Confirm your email send date. Note that the Exclusive emails only go out on WEDNESDAYS.
Please limit subject line to 5-8 words (50 characters). Email subject will also include “Midwest Meetings Exclusive” (but this is not considered part of your 50 characters).
Please limit headline to 12 words (75 characters) and use third person format (i.e. avoid using “Join us” or “We invite you”)
Please limit copy to 500 words and use third person format (i.e. avoid using “Join us” or “We invite you”). Tip: A special offer or discount will elicit a better response rather than only promoting your business and/or service.

Images – PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS FIRST!

Each email can contain two images PLUS your business logo. Images must be JPEG or PNG format and each should be no more than 5MB each. IMAGES THAT DO NOT MEET THESE PARAMETERS WILL NOT BE INCLUDED. We will not be able to accommodate requests for more than 2 images (not including logo) within the email. Please upload images below or email the images to [email protected]
