Kinseth Hospitality Company (KHC) has broken ground on a new, 71-unit Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. The groundbreaking ceremony for the Holiday Inn Express & Suites, located at 311 Seippel Boulevard, took place on Tuesday, November 6, 2018.
